BERNICE GLADYS

Bernice Laffitte is a devoted mother of three and proud grandmother of two, originally from Mobile, Alabama. With over 15 years of faithful service in ministry, she has served both publicly and behind the scenes—birthing, mentoring, and nurturing many through spiritual guidance, leadership, and compassionate care.

Having journeyed through seasons marked by birthing pains, trials, tribulations, and life-changing experiences, Bernice embraced God’s promise of beauty for ashes. Through obedience to the call of God upon her life, she founded Bernice Gladys Ministries Inc., where she serves under the leadership and guidance of the Father. She is graced to prophesy, mentor, coach, preach, and operate in deliverance, empowering individuals to walk boldly in their God-given purpose and identity.

In addition to her ministry work, Bernice is the owner of JRL CPR Training Service Center, where she serves as a certified CPR instructor. Through this work, she equips individuals with lifesaving skills while continuing her mission of service, community empowerment, and practical care for others.
